Cauliflower Salad
Equipment
- Xiaomi cooking robot
- Scraper
- Steaming set
Ingredients
- 1 cauliflower
- 1 l water
- pinch of salt
- 5 garlic gloves
- 50 g sunflower oil
- pinch of pepper
Instructions
- Add the water in the bowl.1 l water
- Attach the steaming/boiling pot to the mixing bowl and place the cauliflower, broken into florets, inside.1 cauliflower
- Set the Steam/Boil mode for 30 minutes.
- Once done, drain the water from the mixing bowl, then transfer the cooked cauliflower to the bowl. Add the remaining ingredients.pinch of salt, 5 garlic gloves, 50 g sunflower oil, pinch of pepper
- Set the timer for 20 seconds, at speed 5.5 to mix everything.
- Serve it with your favorite spices on a focaccia piece.
Notes
Tips
- You can mix the salad with homemade mayonnaise instead of oil.
- The oil can be poured in a thin stream through the lid of the mixing bowl while mixing the garlic with the cauliflower.
