Cauliflower Salad

Equipment

  • Xiaomi cooking robot
  • Scraper
  • Steaming set

Ingredients

  • 1 cauliflower
  • 1 l water
  • pinch of salt
  • 5 garlic gloves
  • 50 g sunflower oil
  • pinch of pepper

Instructions

  • Add the water in the bowl.

  • Attach the steaming/boiling pot to the mixing bowl and place the cauliflower, broken into florets, inside.

  • Set the Steam/Boil mode for 30 minutes.
  • Once done, drain the water from the mixing bowl, then transfer the cooked cauliflower to the bowl. Add the remaining ingredients.

  • Set the timer for 20 seconds, at speed 5.5 to mix everything.
  • Serve it with your favorite spices on a focaccia piece.

Notes

Tips
  • You can mix the salad with homemade mayonnaise instead of oil.
  • The oil can be poured in a thin stream through the lid of the mixing bowl while mixing the garlic with the cauliflower.
