Sauce for pasta with left overs – with cooked chicken breast

Equipment

  • Xiaomi cooking robot
  • Scraper

Ingredients

  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 150 g tomato sauce
  • 1500 ml water
  • 20 ml oil sunflower or other
  • spices of your own choice pepper, oregano, etc
  • 1/4 tbsp salt
  • 1/4 tbsp sugar
  • 1 piece chicken breast cooked (leftover)
  • 100 g fusili pasta

Instructions

  • Add in the pot the cooked chicken breast leftover and set the set the cooking values to 20 seconds and speed 6 clockwise to chop it

  • Set aside the chopped meat and clean the pot
  • Add 1000g of water in the pot along with the salt, set the cooking values at 8 minutes, 100 degrees C and clockwise speed 1
    1/4 tbsp salt, 1500 ml water
  • Add the fusilli pasta, and the set the cooking values at 12 minutes, 100 degrees C, counterclockwise speed 0.5 to stew the ingredients
    100 g fusili pasta
  • Take out the pasta, drain the water and clean the pot
  • Add in the pot the vegetables, cover with the pot lid and measuring cup and set the cooking values to 20 seconds and speed 6 clockwise to chop the ingredients
    1/2 onion, 1 carrot, 1 garlic clove
  • Scrape the ingredients to the bottom of the pot using the scraper. Then add the oil, 30 ml of water

  • Set the timer to 6 minutes, 120 degrees C and speed 1 counterclockwise to cook the ingredients
  • Add the tomato sauce, the spices, sugar then set the cooking values at 3 minutes, 120 degrees C, counterclockwise speed 1 to cook the ingredients
    150 g tomato sauce, spices of your own choice, 1/4 tbsp sugar
  • Mix the tomato vegan sauce with the chopped meat and add in the pot
  • Add the fusilli pasta  and set the cooking values at 1  minute, 120 degrees C and counterclockwise speed level 1 to cook the ingredients
