Ingredients
- 700 g beef shoulder or pulp
- 300 g onion
- 200 g red bell pepper
- 60 g cooking oil
- 15 g cumin
- 15 g sweet paprika
- 1 rsp spicy pepper paste optional
- 15 g salt
- 3 bay leaves
- 500 g water
- 300 g tomato juice
- 150 g carrots
- 400 g potatoes
- 3 garlic gloves
- 5-6 parsley sprigs
Instructions
- Place the onion and bell pepper in the mixing bowl and chop for 4 sec/speed 5. Use a spatula to scrape down the sides of the bowl.300 g onion, 200 g red bell pepper
- Add 30 g of oil and sauté for 5 min, 120°C, reverse speed 0.5. Transfer to a separate dish and set aside. Wash and dry the mixing bowl.
- Place the remaining oil and cumin in the bowl and sauté for 2 min, 120°C, speed 2.15 g cumin, 60 g cooking oil
- Add the meat along with the spices, water and tomato juice. Cook for 60 min, 100°C, counterclockwise 0.5 speed. Check if the meat is tender. - Add the carrot and the vegetables set aside in step 2 to the mixing bowl.In the steaming basket, add the cubed potatoes and cook for 25-30 min, 100°C, counterclockwise 0.5 speed.150 g carrots, 400 g potatoes
- Transfer the potatoes from the steaming basket to the mixing bowl. Add finely chopped garlic, mix using a spatula, cover the mixing bowl with its lid and measuring cup, and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.3 garlic gloves

- Beef can be replaced with veal or pork. In this case, the cooking time in step 4 should be reduced by approximately 30 minutes or until the meat is nearly cooked.
