Place the onion and bell pepper in the mixing bowl and chop for 4 sec/speed 5. Use a spatula to scrape down the sides of the bowl.

Add 30 g of oil and sauté for 5 min, 120°C, reverse speed 0.5. Transfer to a separate dish and set aside. Wash and dry the mixing bowl. Place the remaining oil and cumin in the bowl and sauté for 2 min, 120°C, speed 2.

Add the meat along with the spices, water and tomato juice. Cook for 60 min, 100°C, counterclockwise 0.5 speed. Check if the meat is tender. Add the carrot and the vegetables set aside in step 2 to the mixing bowl.In the steaming basket, add the cubed potatoes and cook for 25-30 min, 100°C, counterclockwise 0.5 speed. 150 g carrots, 400 g potatoes
Transfer the potatoes from the steaming basket to the mixing bowl. Add finely chopped garlic, mix using a spatula, cover the mixing bowl with its lid and measuring cup, and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
