Add in the pot the cheese, butter and the white flour and use the Dough function (it will be automatically set to 5 minutes)
100 g cheese, 100 g butter, 100 g white flour
Move the mix into food foil and put it in the fridge for about one hour
On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough to about 0.5cm thickness. Cut out shapes using cookie cutters or a knife
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C and put the shapes on a tray lined with baking paper
Brush the cookies with the beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds or other desired toppings suitable for salted snacks

Bake for 25 minutes, or until lightly browned. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely
