Beet sticks

Ingredients

  • 300 g flour 650 type
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • 5 g yeast
  • 100 g beet raw
  • 70 ml warm water
  • 1/2 tbsp salt
  • spices of your own choice oregano, for example

Instructions

  • Add the beet in the bowl and chop it.

  • Add the rest of the ingredients and then set the dough kneading mode for 5 minutes. The dough will not be sticky and a little bit elastic; if it gets sticky add more flour.
    300 g flour, 50 ml olive oil, 5 g yeast, 70 ml warm water, 1/2 tbsp salt, spices of your own choice
  • Let it double its size in a warm place covered, aprox one hour.
  • While the oven preheats at 200 Celsius degrees model the dough as sticks, 1.5cm thick.
  • Bake them for 25 minutes top and bottom heat function.
