Add the rest of the ingredients and then set the dough kneading mode for 5 minutes. The dough will not be sticky and a little bit elastic; if it gets sticky add more flour.
300 g flour, 50 ml olive oil, 5 g yeast, 70 ml warm water, 1/2 tbsp salt, spices of your own choice
Let it double its size in a warm place covered, aprox one hour.
While the oven preheats at 200 Celsius degrees model the dough as sticks, 1.5cm thick.
Bake them for 25 minutes top and bottom heat function.
