Add in the pot the egg yolks and the sugar and set time to 6 minutes, temperature 90 degrees C and speed 3 clockwise
3 piece egg yolks, 85 g sugar
Then add the milk and the cream for the whipped cream and mix for 10s at speed 3 clockwise (no temperature).
250 ml milk, 100 ml cream
Then set the time to 10 minutes, temperature 90 degrees C and speed 2 clockwise
Add the broken chocolate into pieces and mix for another 2 minutes at speed 3 clockwise (no temperature)
200 g dark chocolate
The chocolate base is now ready and needs to be left away to cool down. After this happens you can pour it into a bowl that will be put in the refrigerator
After at least 5 hours of staying in the refrigerator place it again in the Xiaomi cooking robot pot to make it creamy. Set the timer to 40s and speed 6 clockwise.

Tip
You can choose to put it in a silicone shape in the refrigerator, in this way it will be easier to remove it once it gets frozen
You can repeat the process of refrigerating it multiple times for creamier results. After each round, set the timer to 40s and speed 6 clockwise. I personally like how it goes after the first one.
