Strawberry and banana vanilla ice-cream

Ingredients
- 500 g frozen fruits bananas and strawberries
- 60 g sugar
- 120 g whipping cream
- vanilla flavour (optional)
Instructions
- Add the sugar in the pot and powder it, setting time to 15s and speed 10s clockwise
- Add the frozen fruits and chop them, for 15s and speed 8s clockwise
- Add the whipping cream and the vanilla flavor and mix, for 40s and speed 8s clockwise
Notes
Tip
- You can combine any favorite fruits you want but somehow the bananas are mandatory for their creamy texture so you can use them as a base.
- In case you use only bananas, the vanilla flavor goes great with them.
